Look What I Found - Wild Hibiscus Flowers!
A creative woman from The Party Assistants*, recently introduced me to a sophisticated new culinary garnish imported from Australia – wild hibiscus flowers! These are actual flowers, soaked in raspberry syrup, that are placed in the bottom of a champagne flute. When champagne is added, the flower opens and the syrup subtly flavors and tints the bubbly! Beautiful and delicious! (wildhibiscus.com)
