Once you’ve settled on a recipe, The Preppy Princess will have you carrying your dish to the party in style!  This cute website offers a well sized, insulated potluck tote that will keep your culinary delight either hot or cold!  The tote, measuring 12 x 12 x 5.5 inches, is available in pink or green, and retails for only $15!

More Helpful Tips

Here are just a few more thoughts for a perfect potluck contribution:

  • Bring your dish prepared and ready to serve. Try not to use the host’s kitchen for anything except reheating and if you can, avoid that too!
  • Consider bringing a few copies of the recipe with you, especially if it is a sure winner!  A list of ingredients is also helpful for guests with allergies.
  • Don’t forget to take your dish home with you!  There’s nothing worse than being left with a pile of mystery platters after a party!  If the host has not had a chance to wash your dish when you are ready to leave, go ahead and stash it in the car anyway – you can always wash it up at home!

With these easy tips in mind, your host will love you and the guests will love what you’ve prepared!

I love all the Ann Byrn books. I can’t wait until she comes out with her next one. I think it is due out in September.
