How to Start a Sip and Sew Club

Create a Sip and Sew Club with Your Women Friends!

For the crafty ones among us, consider forming a sip and sew club! Do you needlepoint, cross stitch, crewel, quilt or scrapbook? Every one of these interests provides the perfect activity for a group of friends to enjoy together!

Look for women who share an interest in your favorite craft. This type of group can include any number of members! Rotate homes, offer delicious snacks and spend some quality time socializing and working on your current project! Hosts should make sure that there is ample work space as well as appropriate lighting!

This type of group can meet monthly, in the day or evening! Pick a set day (e.g. the third Wednesday of the month!) and have one person in the group coordinate location and attendance!

Sit back and watch your creativity thrive and your friendships as well!
