Timely Target Shopping Tips!
After shopping in Target today, I couldn’t wait to get the word out to Busy Bee readers about my finds! Target never ceases to amaze me with its trendy and affordable products, and today was no exception! Here are a few of my most notable discoveries:
isabelle party by Isabelle de Borchgrave.
This is a new line of paper goods that are so beautiful and elegant that they don’t deserve to be referred to as “paper!” Napkins with scalloped edges, one use table cloths and placemats that do not look like paper, and unique table decorations. Look for the 3 dimensional birthday cake and clusters of ivy – all made out of paper and foam board!! These lovely and flowery designs are perfect for lady’s lunches, Mother’s Day, and more! The full collection is in stores now, and a limited selection is available on line.
60’s “Summer Socialite” Accessory Collection.
The name of this collection says it all! The pocketbooks, sandals and jewelry are retro in a Jackie O kind of way and modern in a Kate Spade kind of way! I don’t think that I am exaggerating! (Feel free to chime in and let me know what you think!) These items are featured right in the front of my local Target, which means that they won’t last for long! On line, this 60’s collection is not sold in one category – internet shoppers will have to search around. Here are some of my favorites which are available on line:
- “Greta” White Slide Sandals with gold chain detail ($14.99)
- Natural Straw Tote with gold chain handles ($21.99)
- 60’s Coral Sea Charms Bracelet ($14.99)
- 60’s Coral Snail Ring ($12.99)
I’d better finish up now so that you can drive over to you local Target or get online before these great items are long gone!
