Say Thanks to a Soldier on July 4th

Tip of the Week -  Say Thanks to a Soldier this July 4th!

Will you be entertaining this Fourth of July weekend?  If so, consider setting up a small table where your guests can write short letters of support or thanks to the troops!  Operation Gratitude, founded by Carolyn Blashek, is dedicated to gathering notes and packages and sending them to soldiers around the world.  Carolyn states that “Handwritten notes from home really put a smile on a service person’s face,” and it’s easy for us to help out!

Gather stationery (red, white and blue would be terrific!) and pens, along with crayons and paper for the kids and then forward your notes to:

You can also get ideas and guidelines for your letters at their website, Operation Gratitude.

Three cheers for USA and those who bravely protect us!

Awesome ideas. The notes to soldiers are so thoughtful and the organizer for the electronic gadgets is a wonderful invention.
