Host a Friday Night Pizza Party for Friends!

These days, staying at home and sharing a simple meal with friends is appealing on so many levels, and pizza definitely fits the bill! Delicious, not too expensive and hands on – three factors that add up to a fun night!

Invite Guests

Pizza Dough

Of course, making personal pizzas is the highlight of this evening’s menu! The pizza dough can be home made, purchased from your local pizzeria or Boboli shells from the grocery store. No matter which crust you choose, it’s the toppings that will make the pizza.

You can take a more traditional route with toppings like tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onions, mushrooms and sausage or take a more adventurous route with some of the fabulous combinations I’ve come across recently!

Pizza and beer are a classic combination, but sangria is also a fun option! Give a nod to this Italian meal with soft drinks like Pellegrino and flavored Italian sodas!

Dessert

I’d give the pizza chef a break and serve pizza desserts that have been prepared in advance!
