Flip Flop Forecast – Oka-b. Sandals!

okabee.jpgFlip Flop Forecast!

Flip flops are now a summer essential for men, women and children!  And what’s not to like – they’re fun, affordable and comfortable.  You can dress flip flops up (think silver with beads!)  or even down (simple solid plastic or leather!).  Given the universal availability of flip flops, it was a challenge to come up with a unique recommendation for Busy Bee readers – but here goes!

Oka-Bee Sandals

Oka-Bee is a creative company that manufactures a wide variety of shoe styles.  All shoes and sandals are made of a molded plastic and include a foot bed grounded in reflexology technology.  These shoes can get wet and be wiped off, still keeping your feet comfortable, where many traditional flip-flops might not do the job!

Take a Look at the Madison

My favorite at Oka-Bee is the Madison.  This slide style sandal is ornamented with a large grosgrain bow!  One cute bow comes with the slide, but using your own ribbon, you can change the bow to match any outfit!  There are nine appealing shoe/ribbon combinations!  Some of the choices include hot pink with black/white hounds tooth ribbon, chocolate brown with turquoise ribbon, or pomegranate with red/white striped ribbon. (now $30 at shoesthatloveyou.com) .

This shoe is really a stand out on both the comfort and style fronts!  The website also offers additional styles to fit all sorts of needs! Take a look today!

I just purchased a pair of oka bee flip flops and they are comfortable sole-wise but the piece between the toes is too thick and I can barely walk in them for a minute. I paid $30 at a spa today. Any ideas on how to make these comfortable? Thanks.
