Buckle up, Fall is around the corner and that means Boot Season is about to begin!  From the runway to reality, buckles put a squeeze on Fall ’08 as designers use them as trim, embellishment and function by cinching a trench, fastening a clutch or tightening a boot.  Belt it out, “Buckles are back!”
