Why is Bacon so Appealing and So Addictive?
I’d love it if someone could answer this question! I rarely allow my family to indulge in bacon, usually just on Christmas and Easter mornings along side our favorite casserole, Make Ahead French Toast. But the bacon that I have been serving for years isn’t the run of the mill variety! It has been enhanced into a fabulous and clearly addictive dish.
After preparing my version of “enhanced” bacon on Easter Sunday, two other similar recipes crossed my path! It must be bacon karma! In any event, I’d like to share all three recipes with our readers and hope that someone else shares my addiction!
