Fostering Your Women Friendships II!

As Busy Bee Readers already know, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of forging and cultivating friendships among women!  Here are a few more easy ideas to assist in doing just that!  One way or another, I am determined to inspire you to spend quality time with friends whether old or new!

Hoot (Husbands Out of Town) and Howl (Husbands Out Working Late)

This clever idea came from some ingenious women in New Jersey!  These women created the name Hoot and Howl to designate nights to get together with other moms and children who were also going it solo!  Casual dinners of pizza or sandwiches, combined with conversation and companionship, are a great remedy for single parent nights.  There is also something significant in giving these gatherings an official name!  With a name in place, it just seems easier to schedule future events!

Mini–Scrap Booking Nights 

I know that scrap booking has a huge following and an incredible variety of supplies that can be purchased to enhance your albums.  I also know that my free time is very limited and I have been hesitant to jump onto the scrap booking bandwagon.  BUT, a new take on the scrap booking idea is to create a single occasion album on a single night!  Invite friends to your home shortly after a specific event, keeping in mind what you and your friends have in common.  Did you all:
