Classic Dip – Two Ways

  • 1 c. chopped vidalia onions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Or

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarsley
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese

For either recipe, blend all ingredients and pour into a glass or ceramic baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve with bagel chips or crackers.

These recipes can be made in advance and kept uncooked in the refrigerator until ready to bake and serve.
