Ingredients:

3 T. soy sauce
3 T. dry cooking sherry
30 chicken wing drumettes
¾ c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze (a commercially available, pre-thickened marinade)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Kahlua Pork
Ingredients:

4-5 lbs. pork butt (I buy this meat at Sam’s Club)
1 T. liquid smoke
2 ½ T. kosher salt
Fresh or canned pineapple

Directions:

Place the pork on a long length of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Pour liquid smoke and salt over the meat.

1 T. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
¼ c. chili powder
1 T. ground cumin
1 can (16 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
¼ c. molasses
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce

Party Style Ham Sandwiches  
Ingredients:

1 lb. sliced deli ham
1 lb. sliced sweet Muenster cheese
1 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 T. prepared mustard
Hoagie rolls, small

Directions:

Slowly melt butter with onion until the onion is glazed. 
Remove from stove and add mustard. 
Spread generously on rolls, top with a few slices of ham and cheese.
