Ingredients:

1 ¼ c. walnut halves
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/3 inch cubes
1 Asian pear, peeled, cored and cut into 1/3 inch cubes
3 T. sweet Passover wine or grape juice
2 T. (or more) honey
1 t. finely grated orange peel

Matzoh-Almond Bark Passover Recipe

Matzoh-Almond Bark
Serves 12 
Ingredients:

5 to 6 pieces of plain matzoh
1 c. unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
12 ounces semisweet chocolate
c. slivered almonds, crushed 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
Line a cookie sheet with foil and lay the matzoh in a single layer, covering the entire cookie sheet.

Carrot Souffle Recipe

Carrot Souffle
Ingredients:

1 stick melted butter

2 cans cooked carrots

6 eggs

1 1/4 c.  sugar

6 T. matzoh meal

3 tsp. baking powder

4 T. vanilla

Directions:

Combine everything in cuisinart

Grease an approximately 8″ x 12″ glass dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Sprinkle cinnamon on top
