1 lb. penne or medium shells
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed, meat crumbled
3/4 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 T. grainy mustard
Pinch of crushed red pepper

S’mores Bars Recipe
Ingredients:

8 – 10 whole graham crackers
1 package fudge brownie mix (for a 13″ X 9″ pan)
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. chopped peanuts (optional)

1 c. fresh corn kernels
1/4 c. finely diced red bell pepper
2 T. finely diced red onion
2 T. finely diced celery
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
