Elizabeth’s Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients

2 loaves French baguette bread, cubed (about 8 cups)
1 12 oz. bag Nestle semi sweet chocolate morsels
5 eggs
4 c. whipping cream or half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Easy Elegant Dessert

Pail of Sand Cake!

Here’s the recipe for Family Fun’s Pail of Sand Cake!  This is a great cake for a beach or summer party!
Ingredients:

2 baked 8″ round yellow cakes
8-9 cup capacity new, plastic, washed sand pail
3 oz. package vanilla pudding, prepared
3/4c. crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Chocolate shell candies*

“Enhanced” Chocolate Cake

1 package devil’s food cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 3/4c. milk
2 eggs
1 12 oz. package chocolate chips

Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well.  Stir in the chips and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.  After cooling, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
