Marinated Tomatoes and Olives Recipe 2 c. assorted imported olives 2 pints cherry tomatoes 3 T. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 T. white balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Toss.  Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
