I’ve received some great input from readers regarding items which are essential for living a “grown up” life!  Here are some additional items to add to your family’s list:

• First Aid Kit for your car, as well as your home

• Post CPR instructions and the number for Poison Control in a convenient place in your home - perhaps the inside of a kitchen cabinet.  The nationwide number for poison control is 1-800-222-1222.
• Fire escape ladder
• A Well Stocked Medicine Cabinet for Children, see Medicine Cabinet ABCs.
