Baked French Toast

Baked French Toast Casserole

Ingredients:  

  • 12 slices cinnamon bread
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/3c. maple syrup

Directions:

  • Grease a 9″ x 13″ rectangular pan. 
  • Place six slices of bread on the bottom of the pan. 
  • Top with cream cheese cubes and then layer with the remaining six slices of bread.
  • Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the casserole. 
  • Refrigerate overnight. 
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

This is a great breakfast when you are going to have a busy morning and nice on a holiday like Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, or when you have overnight guests!
