Baked French Toast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 12 slices cinnamon bread
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/3c. maple syrup
Directions:
- Grease a 9″ x 13″ rectangular pan.
- Place six slices of bread on the bottom of the pan.
- Top with cream cheese cubes and then layer with the remaining six slices of bread.
- Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the casserole.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
This is a great breakfast when you are going to have a busy morning and nice on a holiday like Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, or when you have overnight guests!
