Corn Relish Recipe

Corn Relish 
Ingredients:

1 c. fresh corn kernels
1/4 c. finely diced red bell pepper
2 T. finely diced red onion
2 T. finely diced celery
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Bring a small sauce pan of water to a boil.  Add the corn kernels and cook for 2 minutes.
