Ingredients:
4-5 lbs. pork butt (I buy this meat at Sam’s Club)
1 T. liquid smoke
2 ½ T. kosher salt
Fresh or canned pineapple
Directions:
Place the pork on a long length of heavy duty aluminum foil.
